$BLOCKPARTY is a volatile cryptoasset. Its price may rise or fall sharply, it may have little or no liquidity, and you may lose the entire amount you spend. It is not a bank deposit, security guarantee, or promise of profit.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use cryptoasset services in your location to connect a wallet or use token features. Do not use those features where prohibited or restricted.

2. The Game and Token

BitBeast Block Party is an entertainment game. If launched, $BLOCKPARTY will be created through Pump.fun on Solana and may be usable for selected game features only after the game verifies and enables the official mint. Holding the token does not grant equity, ownership, dividends, revenue share, governance rights, or a guaranteed entitlement to future features.

3. Third-Party Services

Wallets, Solana, Pump.fun, exchanges, RPC providers, and other third-party services operate independently. Their availability, fees, security, pricing, and terms are outside our control. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

4. Transactions

Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible.
You are responsible for checking the wallet, token mint, amount, network, and transaction before signing.
Never share your seed phrase or private key with us or anyone claiming to represent us.
Game fulfillment occurs only after the game verifies the required on-chain transfer.

5. Fair Use

Do not exploit bugs, automate abusive gameplay, forge rewards, interfere with other players, manipulate markets, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict game access or decline invalid fulfillment claims when reasonably necessary to protect players and the service.

6. Availability and Changes

The game and token integrations are provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or end for security, legal, technical, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, token liquidity, market value, or compatibility with every wallet.
